Vanessa Molin, NP

With over 14 years of healthcare experience, including 7 years as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, my career is dedicated to caring for adults and older adults. This commitment is driven by my deep respect for the wisdom and experiences of elders. I earned my undergraduate degree from La Salle University and my graduate degree from Gwynedd Mercy University. My clinical focus includes preventive care and the management of acute and chronic conditions, with a strong emphasis on patient education and collaborative decision-making. I am committed to building trusting relationships with my patients and creating a care environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their health. To better serve diverse communities, I also provide care in Haitian Creole, French, and Spanish.
