Amy Isabelle, CRNP

I completed my nurse practitioner training at Yale School of Nursing, with a focus on chronic care management. Prior to moving to Philadelphia, I completed a residency in rural medicine in Maine. I greatly enjoy working as a primary care provider in the community health setting, as I am able to get to know my patients and their unique stories to help them meet their health goals! I am passionate about patient education and advocacy, both integral parts of nursing practice that I bring to my role as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
